“Ain’t Dat Super” opened at the Mahalia Jackson Theatre in front of an audience of nearly 5,000 on Labor Day Weekend 2010. The play was the largest opening for a locally produced production in New Orleans history. Video
“Execution” is the first dramatic film to feature a real condemned man, a real warden, and a real priest. The producers were invited to screen the film by special invitation in the United States at UCLA, Tulane University, The University of Southern Illinois, Central Washington University, Seattle University, The University of North Carolina and The University of Oregon. In the United Kingdom the film was invited to screen at The University of Cambridge, Sussex University and King’s College of London. Every screening drew standing room only crowds with Tulane University drawing over 750 people on a rainy night in New Orleans. Video
“Forgotten on the Bayou” was screened by the San Diego Cinema Society in front of more than 800 people in San Diego, CA. The film premiered on national television as the anchor program on the Weather Channel in primetime across America on Hurricane Katrina’s 5th anniversary. The film’s star, Rockey Vaccarella, made world news when he got a 52 minute meeting with President George W. Bush in the Oval Office one year after he rode out the hurricane by holding on to a rope on his roof. The nationally acclaimed film was screened in the White House by the President Bush along with the First Lady and other dignitaries on the second anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. See Comments
“The People’s Story” screened in Central America by special invitation of Honduran President Carlos Flores and was a finalist for the 2000 Academy Awards.
“First Date was sold to New Line Television and cleared over 85% of the United States in syndication.
“Timmy’s Travels” was represented by children’s television icon Barbara Atlas, creator of the hit television series “The New Zoo Review”. The series was sponsored by Southwest Airlines and distributed worldwide on DVD.
